Responsibilities

• Performing Quality Assurance for new software feature development
• Creating and maintaining of software documentation
• Writing Release Notes for customers
• Maintaining and responding to customer tickets

Required

• Basic system development lifecycle understanding
• Interest in information system design
• Interest in Software Quality Assurance

• Management Information Systems (MIS) or similar major
• Systems Analysis and Design Coursework
