Circuit Vision speeds service delivery by simplifying network design through intelligent, intuitive design tools.

Circuit Vision simplifies Circuit and Facility design and routing by providing automatic routing, spares, and a full CLR on demand. The same screens are used for design of both Circuits and Facilities.

  • Design Fundamentals
    • Unlimited Pending Facility and Circuit Changes
    • AutoRouting
    • Quick Spares Look-up
    • Assignment and Reservation Capability
    • Virtual Circuit Management
    • Graphical and/or text Path Trace (CLR/DLR)
    • Comprehensive Audit Trail (Life History)

  • Complete Message Circuit Design

    • Switch Translation Information
    • Enhanced Trunk Group Features
    • Complete cross-reference by TGN, two-six code, point code, TCIC and TGID is provided.
    • 800 number administration
    • Additions and changes to trunk groups by ranges of trunk members (DS0s) eliminating the need to enter individual DS0 circuits

  • Automated Design Features Shorten Delivery Intervals
    • The automated design feature validates all design-related information on the service order
    • 'Expert' algorithms determine the equipment and facilities necessary to provide the requested services Assignment to a network component automatically captures all associated equipment across the network
    • Facilities and equipment are automatically returned to available inventory when disconnect orders are completed

A Closer Look...

  • Circuit & Facility Design

Circuit Vision uses a single flexible deisgn screen to speed provisioning.

The Circuit and Facility Design screen provides a single tool for engineering circuit and facility routes and terminations via assignment to both inventory and non-inventory facilities, equipment, and virtual circuits. Different 'Line Types' allow access to numerous fielded formats for design detail input. The complete CLR (Circuit Layout Record) is displayed as it is being built, allowing the provisioner or design engineer to verify their work on the fly.

  • Spares on Demand

Circuit Vision provides spares for facility channels and/or equipment assignments on demand during circuit design and facility linking.

  • Facility Linking

The Facility Link screen allows Circuit vision users to control exactly how facility channels terminate, introduce channels of different bandwidths and handle the special cases that crop up in today's networks.

The Facility Link screen allows any type of facility to be channelized.
Channels can be created individually or in ranges
Each can be modified at a later time
Comments and conditions can be applied against individual or channel ranges to supplement or prevent assignment
Channels can terminate on inventoried or non-inventory equipment
Facility group codes and modifiers can be applied against individual or channel ranges to further simplify design and/or facilitate searching
